no, I stored the settlement buildings, then re-planted them ... now they get aided.

apparently that only works on mobile. I just tried clicking there on PC and nothing happens. :( not liking this event any more than I did in Beta

now the Settlement building motivation gets fixed? yesterday I finally got tired of using self aids in all my cities every day and went through and stored them, replanted them.
