There are several ways. The easiest may be to click on the "three silhouette" icon at the lower left of the main city view then click on the shield. This will take you to the guild profile page which includes the number of members.

Another way is to look at your bar at the bottom of the screen and click on the guild (shield) tab. Scroll to the end and look at the number.
