OK How many years of experience do you have in the game that makes you think you can lead, teach and guide other players?. Do you have a team of experienced friends that you can rely on to be good leaders in your guild. And do you all have the right GBs you can let your new guild members contribute to so they can get BPsto build their own? Have you managed to put enough goods in the guild treasury to carry the guild through GE and GBG until your new members all have their treasury up and running. Do you have the experience to be able to handle the diplo required for GBG.
