Red/Blue ATK/DEF

For SAT, has there been any theory-crafting around min blue for GE to fight on 80/80 for a win >80% of the time? Ditto for GBG red atk/def to 90 attrition? General ranges or gut feels?

I think it's close to 3900/3900 att 3800/3800 defense before I autobattled through it. 78 , 79 and 80 are the three evil levels you have to get through. The difficulty rises exponentially between those three.
