Anyone regularly and quickly finishing GE 4?

I have a diamond farm in Arvahall. The guild I'm in opens all levels of the GE weekly, but no one completes them every week.

I only finish GE 4 when there is a chance of getting a Fountain of Youth and I'm wondering if someone who completes GE 4 every week, preferably before the weekend, would be so kind as to let me know what the final prize is each week.
