In my humble opinion, if you have a G.B. you want to advance you may want to do it before the next reset. Why? Example-My Virgo level 91 here is 3344 I need to give to advance and post. In Beta, my Virgo level 89 requires 11,260 points from me to post to advance. So, if you have a G.B you really want to advance, jump on it soon.

I msd you but forgot yours isn't working. Do you need help with tower/palace placement? If you look in the summer event feedback thread many members posted efficient set ups there. If you need any additional help I got quite obsessed with playing around with the different configuration possibilities during the event and could probably help.
