Hi Snowbelle me again.. lol I put in a ticket already but I just purchased a new laptop and when I logged in It said "Welcome Lady Felise let's start your city" I have 3 cities invested and I'm guild founder in Houndsmoor. I need to get into my cities on new device. Please HELP!! Thank you. BTW Thank you for helping my guild member with similar problem.
Don't know which browswer you're using but if you're using chrome then enter this into the URL bar:
Then disable the ephemeral flash permission
Your cities should still be there. It's just Flash has changed the way it interacts with browsers so unless you change the settings in your browser it'll ask for flash to be enabled every time you log in

Hey Snowbelle, on of my guild members needs help. Hectate 1217 The Bloody World Ordhrorvar, guild Celtic Dragons. He signed up for FOE on his phone which apparently auto assigned him a password. So he can't find out what his password is to play on his laptop to join in the GVG. He has placed a ticket 2 days ago and not received an answer can you please help him. Thanks Lady Felise.

Aside from putting in a support ticket (which they should totally do), your friend could also check their email. If they can find anything from Forge of Empires there's a high chance there'll be a "forgot your password?" link. If they haven't yet given a email address (and can still access from mobile) they should be able to set one from their settings in game
You can only change your email address in game, if you know the current email address.
