Might be just me, but his mount look alot more like one of those giant poodles than it does a horse.

Disconnected mine with him on the road, he stayed on the road until he reached the dead end and disappeared. He did not reappear until the building was reconnected.

I play on mobile about 95% now and see him and his poodle all the time.
