i had to figure this out so thought I would share it. You can’t just use the remainder because you can count the FP collection you get from flipping each level.
R - ((n(n+1) / 2) - (x(x+1) / 2))
R = the remainder for what levels you are doing. They can be found here:

Put the arc boost % you will be getting from 1st -5th. Select your GB and put your levels in the From level/to boxes. Number to the left is R.
N = the level you are going to minus 1
X = the level you are starting from.
For example, you want to level AO from 20-50 and getting 90%.
10786 - ((49(49+1) / 2)-(20(20+1) / 2))
10786 - ((24.5 * 50) - (10 * 21))
10786 - (1225 - 210)
10786 - 1015
9771 is what it will cost you to level AO from 20-50
