  • My supply counter is NOT accepting my supply from my game played.

    Are you collecting a supply building but the counter does not credit it (go up)? Sounds like bad lag or a game disconnect - try refreshing your city

    If you're truly having this issue, the only way you'll get help with it is to contact in-game support about it.

    Checking your internet connection, lag issues, making sure you have the most updated version, and lastly clear your cache, (I clear the cache in all the apps my phone will allow me to, atleast once a week). If the problem is still going on, then I would definitely contact in-game support.
