Rare allies are not staying assigned to their buildings. I got Alexander and put him in my goldsmith. Today the goldsmith showed empty and his boosts weren't there, but ally center insisted he was still assigned. Clicked Recall and will wait until they fix this.

Fragments of buildings come from different places. You'll need to note where they are coming from in order to target that and accumulate more. Perhaps if you told us which buildings you were after, we could be of more help.

Not sure what happened with you but I just collected 3 hours ago and 'Collect All' gave me over 20,000fps to the bar no problem. Playing on desktop, if that matters.
