This is rushed, only 2 weeks in Beta and far too many complaints about this 5th level. All players should read the Beta thread to understand what they did and how you won't be able to complete the 5th level.... Do not go "Goods poor" just to do the 5th level.

the new GB was kind of blah in Beta. it won't be worth the amount of FP's for a lower level player to buy the goods. Earlier aged players can wait until SAV goods are reasonably priced.... in 9 months ;)

I thought the base for a BP when aiding is 2%? I use the RFP for the Goods, not for the BP's. Since its an FE building it levels just as easy as the ARC, so you can get it to Level 70 with minimal effort.

In Beta, it worked when a player from Iron Age got plundered. Maybe complete a Recurring or Main Quest quest to see if it queue's up? Maybe you have a Side Quest holding it up too? Agreed that the announcement should say, Coming soon or state its now live!!
