Antiques Dealer feedback

Create a "bargain bin" and eventual retirement for old unpopular items. New items are added to the auction when they are approximately a year old. They are added to the shelf when they are approximately two years old. This creates a constant stream of new items into the AD, but old items are not leaving. There needs to be a process in place for removing old undesirable items from the AD to keep players interested in participating and using the AD.

Items that have been in the game at least 3 years, in the auction for 2 years, and on the shelf in the Antiques Dealer for at least one year should be evaluated based on their desirability to players. Items in the bottom 5th percentile of price as a ratio of starting bid and frequency of being purchased off the shelf should be moved to a "bargain bin" for one year, after which they are evaluated for complete retirement from the AD based on similar criteria to being placed in the bargain bin. After 1 year in the "bargain bin" the top 5th percentile of items are returned to the shelf and the bottom 5th percentile are retired altogether.
