The chicken, biblically speaking. God created the animals, he didn't hatch them. It's murkier from the evolution worldview, of course, but I think then the egg would come first, as the first creature that would be considered by science to be a chicken would undoubtedly hatch from an egg laid by the preceding species. (There! You can have it both ways.) LOL
