Army menu question

Can someone explain what happened? The top image is the army menu from my main city. Please notice the heal bar. The bottom image is from one of my IA cities where the heal bar is "normal". I'm on an Edge PC and I already tried reloading my main city. How can I restore the main city heal bar so that it displays normally? Thanks.

What do you mean heal bar? You mean the wounded rogue because I don't see any difference between the 2 screenshots?

Please take a look at the green bars beneath the units. One shows 4 plus 2 halves. The other shows 10 slots

What happens when they are in battle? Still only the 4 and 1/2s ? Could it have something to do with "zooming". The top shot seems like it is condensed or smaller.

Thanks @Arya66, I played around with zoom and was able to correct it. I can't replicate it so I don't know how it occurred. No matter, problem solved.

I thought the zoom was just in how you did the screenshot not the actual screen.
