I ban you for not embracing it. Your punishment in addition to banishment: sit on a school bus full of kindergartners and listen to them sing all the songs and reenact scenes verbatim. You must sit on the bus indefinitely. Only when you give in to Frozen will you be allowed off. (True story- zoo field trip. Zoo was 90 minutes each way. You have to give in, otherwise you will end up in the psych ward.)

No, but it is highly discouraged unless you have a good reason to do so (@Algona once inspired me to necro threads for the Archaeology Event and that was it), and, plus, it does not help in building a good reputation.
