[Question] Can't donate to GBs

Hi. I have set up cities in 3 worlds, my original, older city and two new cities. I can donate FPs to other players' great buildings in my original world, but not in my new ones. When I go into the new ones, the contribute buttons are grayed out. What am I missing? Thanks!!

You have to unlock "Architecture" in the Iron Age tech tree of your new cities.
