In light of the ugliness of many FoE cities, and in response to ever-increasing difficulty in achieving military\industrial goals, the once-beautiful TOWN OF GRUNK is now herewith proclaimed to be WORK CAMP #1.
1. All flowers, trees, schools, and all other non-utilitarian cultural buildings are to be uprooted, to be replaced by pointed stones. Only the cemetary shall remain.
2. All housing is to be collectivized, standardized, and assembled into the most efficient grid for population increase and control. Each house is to surrounded by pointed stones.
3. All industrial goods, factories, workshops and military buildings are to be concentrated together for the most efficient exploitation of labor and resources.
4. All objects of beauty and leisure are to be uprooted, replaced by soul-less conformity to a super-industrial military collective, combined with never-ending wars and industrial exploitation.
All FoE members are invited to witness the transformation of the Town of Grunk into WORK CAMP #1, and to emulate the soul-less drudgery of life in their own cities.
