This is a collection thread of commonly reported issues, either through support or here on the forum, along with their solution. Quite a number of them arise due to flash problems, misunderstandings, or in other words cannot be "fixed" coding-wise but there exists a simple answer that resolves them for any player.

If your issue is something that requires internal account assistance (certain amount of resources missing, cannot complete a quest, etc.) it is best to send in a support ticket. Simply right-click anywhere on the game screen and choose 'Contact Support.' Since all support information is confidential, we would not be able to assist you with such matters here on the forum.

General:
- Black Screen | Frequent game crashes
- Login Issue | Username and password not recognized
- Premium Invitation | Have not received reward
- Motivation/Polishing | Motivation & polishing not registering
- Blue Prints | Motivating/Polishing/Plundering not giving blue prints
- Lost Expansion
Quest Issues:
- Damsel in Distress | Cragshire
- Infiltrate the Army | Cuttingham
- The Siege | Zaldon-on-Sea
- Trail to Dunkelwald | Dunkelwald
- Rinbin Quest not in English | Rinbin talking gibberish
- Provide Diversions | Barrels of tobacco
- Research Agriculture
