Colossus upgrades

I have a Colossus statue on level 6 and I haven't seen a level up for this in weeks or months. Whenever in the past they were posted in the auction and everybody was spending a ton of money trying to get it. I would like to finish my statue off but can't because they are not offered. Would somebody change this please.

Forget which event it originally appeared in, but you’ll probably see it in either Soccer or Forge Bowl

I never place Event buiildings until I have all the parts needed to bring it to the top level. I keep the partials in storage..
