Conspiracy Theory: Blueprints from GB rewards are not actually random for the Arc

@Stephen Longshanks before the arc rebalancing (or rather rebalancing Oracle rewards and estimated growth on Arcs from the Oracle rewards) high lvl arcs found they could raise Oracles from the ground up to lvl 100 for pure profit as quickly as they could lvl

So could either be it was raised to lvl 80 way back then and didn't bother deleting. Or they decided to do it for the sake of it. After all once you have a lvl 80 Arc pretty much all GBs lvling cost are almost negligible

The amount of happiness and supplies for the space is a pretty neat package. Just usually unnecessary once you get other happiness GBs

Once the Oracle is fully leveled, it probably isn't too bad of a building, happiness-wise.

I can't tell you my MK Arc, there's a display bug that shows all at 99.

Anytime you get more than 99 BPs per square it shows 99 on the browser version. If you hover over it though it will tell you how many you actually have.
