I keep getting an error trying to upload the file so I'll just describe the differences I found. I found 6: 1 In the upper left corner the smoke from the 3 stacks is missing. 2: the light post middle left of the scene is missing a ball on top of the light. 3: Middle top of the scene the capitol building is missing its statue on top of the dome. 4: Middle of the scene below the statue in front of the capitol building and left to the figure at the podium there is a person missing. 5: Middle of the scene a flag is missing from the corner of the capitol building. 6: Far right of the scene the person to the right of the street car and left of the farthest right light post is missing. Hopefully this suffices
