2019 Contest was a challenge but I accepted the challenge and believe I have found the 7 changes. Hope this brings me 7 years good luck.

1. The Statue is missing on dome of the large building in the distance

2. There is no spire/flag just to the right of the large building in the distance.

3. The Women is missing on sidewalk by lamp post on the right side of trolley.

4. The Women is missing in the distance in front of statue with trident.

5. There is no smoke coming from the triple stack on top of the second building on the left.

6. The knob is missing from the top of the lamp post on the curb in the left foreground.

7. There is no point on top of the spire in the distance, straight above the hat of the closest man

I may be the first, and this will definitely be a spoiler, but here goes.

Seven changes

Upper left chimneys, no smoke.
Left side gaslight, no knob on top.
Capital building dome is missing its spire.
In front of Capital building, a person is missing.
To the right of the Capital building, a little red "antenna" is missing.
Further to the right, the pointed roof is missing its ornamentation.
And behind the trolley, the lady disappeared.
