Diamond bonus for good progress locks up on second world

Now, I almost hate to bring this up, but . . .

If this shows up in all worlds you play, how do you know which world you got the reward for?

Also, why does it show up in multiple worlds, in case you miss the offer by not logging onto the specific world. Wouldn't you suppose that the specific world would in the normal course of things be logged onto? That's a little inconsistent, wouldn't you say?

I've never heard of this reward. I will say however that diamonds span all worlds you have cities in, so you may only get it on one world, but the diamonds you get you can use on any world.
