Euphoria vs Happiness

in the settlement on the game I have a building w 150 happiness but no Euphoria
how go I get euphoria?

Put another happiness building or remove a population building until the euphoria number turns green.

Happiness is a fixed amount in a building. Euphoria calculation based on total of all population from all buildings multiplied by two.
you need at least twice as much happiness as population to be Euphoric

Are you sure you built a "happiness/euphoria" building. It needs to be a Cultural bld. Decorations cost happiness/euphoria.

Problem is, it is not an accurate response. If someone asked how many miles the Earth's meridional (sp?) circumference is and you respond by saying the Earth is round, that is not an accurate response to the question. Not only not accurate, but also not relevant. Much like your inaccurate and irrelevant response above.
