Our guild cancelled QI as a requirement as we can not in good conscience require something that you have appeared to have ruined. 4 other guilds that I know of , in Q have done the same , all top 20 guilds. You wanted to know how far you can push us ? There is your answer , Q is sending you their collective middle finger , happy now ? 3 of the guilds have most of Q's top spenders in them , you will feel the hit very quickly on this one , trust me.

Basically what I'm seeing is fewer rewards. Whose idea was that?
The reward difference honestly isn't that substantial.

Much of the nerf to the pass node frequency is covered by the x4-x6 progress (depending on difficulty) per action regardless of what you use (instead of x1-x2 progress depending on whether you used the right stuff).

For many people some of it will also be covered because they weren't getting x2 progress with every action they took anyways.

Depending on your play pattern I'd estimate you'll be gaining from the pass between 60% (small guild who was always getting x2) and 90% (big guild in high difficulty getting x2) of what you used to in most cases. I think I'd be around 80% (small guild where about half my encounters were x1 and half x2).

Some "rare" people may gain as much as 180% if they were playing in a pathological pattern before (big guild in high difficulty getting x1 progress before but now x6).

It did however dumb things down a lot - no longer any reason you need to coordinate with your guild. Just pick the stuff you like and hit stuff. They promised they're going to return meaning to your choices "later" but who knows when or what that means.

You hit the nail square on the head. It's not the prizes , it is the change of QI into an outright resource sink and time waster. 33 1/3% more supplies and coins needed for you first progress but no extra help on the city building side. It will delay any press by a full day unless you spend diamonds to buy shards.

Btw they further isolated the currency to numb you to the fact that in the end most of you are spending your money on this. Shards = Diamonds = $Money$. How many of you would buy if you had to click on a micro payment button instead of a "Buy Shards" button ?

Well I mean I already would use mined diamonds to buy shards, if i were going to buy shards (which I've considered but decided I didn't care enough). So no, it's not $. And if i were going to spend $, the pass would be a better deal than buying diamonds to buy shards.

It like the arcades that use tokens instead of money. It is one removed so you don;t see how fast the money goes.

Based on only the opening day of the new season I think that the changes are okay. I play QI on two worlds and this was the first time that I was able to use up all of my 100K quantum actions on the opening day and get more than 150 progress in each city. Getting 8 ballistas instead of four makes a big difference.

Just sent a support request to refund my QI pass and the 5k diamonds I spent rushing my settlement this morning because you guys couldn't even send out a mass announcement about this change

Sure I knew it was on beta but had hopes it wouldn't see the light of day, and I didn't look at the map before I was happy to buy the pass

You've created another boring clickfest that the person who whips their members the most to participate will win. My guild doesn't enforce stuff like that. We don't make people dance for you in GE, if they want the rewards they can do it. This is glorified GE. There's no competitive aspect to it. 5000 FP isn't worth waking up every 2nd night at 4 in the morning to collect for 3 months and there's no longer any bragging rights since this now requires neither skill or coordination. Shame on ya'll, and worse, shame on you guys for not sending out an announcement IN THE GAME, this is probably the one time you guys don't announce in game I bet you're trying to steal money from people who liked the old system by getting them to buy the QI pass before noticing, like I did.

Giving everyone lilac gardens and ethereal fountains mid championship was enough of a screw up and then you guys had to do this

I selected the map that provides Neo Collosus upgrades this morning,

but our QI pass provides Neo Sentinal Outposts

Nobody wants the sentinal outposts! This is what happens when you rush stupid changes through beta and the players there don't even have time to report your problems to you.

The pass is the same for everyone. The rewards you're selecting are for the "other" rewards:

vs

(Dragon Valley)

I believe colossus access is equal in both.

They do also have different layouts:

I was happy to see the NeoColossus show up for both setups. The 1x1's are useful and have decent numbers. Their size lets them fit in lots of places too! Hopefully the Medals count will let me hit 600K during this 6 block season too. Throw in the rest of the rewards to be had to see I am feeling good about QI right now.
