Seems to me that in this event the new main building is being pushed less than the upgrade to the old building that really is nothing to speak of. The Celtic Farmstead, even at Gold level, is too big for the boosts it provides. Inno is doing a crappy job of keeping old buildings relevant, imo. Combined with the nerfing of rewards, especially Diamonds, in GE, Inno is really spitting in our faces.

I agree that the main building (Celtic Goldsmith) has little value to me but I did rebuild the Celtic Farmstead and took it to gold level just for the QI attack boost.

I happen to think the price point for an event offering IS directly on topic for a Feedback thread. I was, and still am, fascinated that there are two different price points for what is essentially thin air.

Last minute push was nuts. My lead over gold was 101 points yesterday, today it fell to less than 5 points and apparently I even slipped into silver in between tasks because I'd look again and my number would be equal to gold league.
Had to spend another 3600 diamonds on time skips and new managers but squeezed out 23 more tasks of a new town and stayed in gold by 8 points.
5th clover and league building is down. Successful event

Am just glad it is over. And we are free from that dang boat. It should be named SS Monotonous. I think I got something out of it. But not sure what. And cannot be bothered checking through my inventory to see.

Ended in Silver league after using in game diamonds ; last town was on 37 / 38 and did wait for fireworks that was at 73/ 75 .
FYI : I did not claim any gifts but it was delivered to my inventory !

I worked really really hard on everything but the Event and I'm thrilled I managed to stay in Hobby League. It was certainly difficult enough to do almost nothing.. But I persevered!!! Whoo Hoo!!!
