If he is in a different neighborhood, at this point you can't. But as this is beta, and as I understand it, with the onset of "guilds" we may be able to hook up and trade with players abiding in other neighborhoods. Don't be discouraged though, as I said this is beta, and there is still quite a bit they haven't rolled out yet.

No problem. It is always a good habit to keep an eye on the Announcements thread. This is where the Admins will discuss upcoming changes/improvements/bug fixes etc. The latest one has information on the update that is scheduled for June 5th.
