Proposal
Fix the 3 Ocean Future Recurring quests so only Ocean Future production buildings count for quest credit.

Current System
Happyless Blacksmith Sweatshop Dictators.

We at the OF RQ BS Factory assure all BS's are compensated. Rest assure we always do our best to ensure the safety of BS's.

However we do feel that multiple event buildings have proved too powerful, creating an economic inequality which creates jealousy and hostility among the blacksmith community and so we shall be proposing a limit to these sets per city, especially the Summer Event 2017 sets, which we feel should be set to one set per city, for fairness and harmony.

Anyways the head CM at beta did mention that they are aware of it.... a few months ago. No change....

Thing is though that plunder symbol is used in browser, mobile has the little thief icon, iirc it's similar to the one used in the Outlaw achievement, maybe you should use that achievement icon instead since plunderers on both mobile and browser should know what it means, it is the Plunder achievement after all.
