It's down. Been touch-and-go for me all day.

I have a proposal (not a serious one so I'm not going to format it). Start the Carnival event, have a package that gives a bunch of hearts or roses or whatever along with a SoK as a bonus for the $80 diamond package, then take the money that comes in from that to invest in servers that don't crash all the time!

The native/mobile app seems to be connecting but browser connections still fail.

CONFIRMED: The mobile app is connecting and appears to be functioning well.
  • battled a neighbor
  • contributed to GB (I'm hosed if that one gets rolled out in a transaction issue)

I've been getting 502 Bad Gateway for the past hour or so (2017-02-07 15:00 US Pacific Time). For a few minutes I made it to the login screen but I couldn't actually log in, and then it went back to the 502 error.

Back in the 80s Gateway was the best computer for the money, easily half the price of competitors like Compaq. Maybe their quality has declined, but I don't see why it's blaming them for a server connectivity problem.

I kid, I kid :)

I was wondering why you would do maintenance on the U.S. servers during prime game play hours & not later into the night.

1st possibility: It's not maintenance, it's an error they can't figure out
2nd possibility: They hate money and so they've decided to lock out paying customers
3rd possibility: Between the new world and new event the system has crashed

I see Inno's developers are doing a bang up job once again. This new update fixed it! The server has been laggy and unresponsive since the last update. This proves once again, they don't beta test anything.
