Click thru has been an issue in this game forever...apparently they don't care, or like when you buy stuff you didn't want...

I'm sure that they don't care or worse, it's working like they intended. I reported the click thru on Beta and was told that 'it was not a bug'. That tells me that they planned it that way. Probably figured that more people would spend diamonds to make up for what they lost than would get disgusted and not spend diamonds that they were going to.

633 shots = 4125 cups. So far. Hmm. Guess I would be a Casino's Cooler.

What in the world happen to this game!!!! It is collecting shots and not producing! Started off good but went to the pits! Everyone is watching the shots go up and then nothing. I am giving up! End it already and stop the bleeding.

I vote no. Can I have your Shots?

I understand the idea is to make players buy diamonds or cups, but if there are not any rewards worth playing for or to hard to win, then why spend real money.

Dear INNO,

Please stop making me buy things. Please offer only top notch Event prizes. Please make those prizes easy to win.

kthnxbye, GiftHorseDentalInspector

p.s. Please let me spend fake money. GHDI

Of course INNO cannot make anyone buy anything. I don't suppose anyone has said that they were forced to buy anything. That doesn't mean that one can't give negative feedback about the so called free prizes. This event takes more time than most of the events. From my perspective, and I have started this event in 6 cities, it is probably not worth the time I have invested into it. I quit the quests in 2 of my cities since I don't want to work on my map to be able to continue on it. However, with this event, one still gets balls without doing the quests. That is the plus. Yet it is still time consuming to go on and shoot balls for a pittance of cups. Of course, some people do better than I do. I have won some of the better cup rewards, but most of the time stick with 100% safe one. If you do that, you should come out with one good prize. However, it is taking more work to get that one good prize, than I probably could have gotten it in a mini event if the event was offering what I wanted. Stupid me for skipping previous events and choosing to do this one. I do this one for a month or more to get an item I may have gotten in a week or more event. Now if you want watchfires or victory towers or metals, I think this event is not bad. It is probably worth the time. Really don't think it is worth the time for anything else, but it probably is to some people, just not to me. I will probably go back to skipping doing events and being more selective on which ones I do. I thought I would enjoy this one more, but I don't really, yet seem to be drawn to finish it since I started it. If I I am around next time they offer the event, I will probably only do it in my main city and only if I want watchfires or metals or something like that.

I don't remember also anyone saying to make the prizes top notch or easy to win. I think the complaints I have read have been valid. Adding a confirmation seems valid especially when people have lost so many valuable cups over it. I would assume if it happened to everyone, that everyone would agree with it and there would be TONS of complaints from even the so called non complainers. It happened to me in 2 cities. It is just my losses were very small, double cups and a decoration I believe. I try to be extremely careful now. The real frustration comes because I dont' think people understand the gambling aspect of it when they shoot. I think many think they will win the 5% in something close to 5% for the shot they are working on, not 5% for the all the shots for the duration of the game or however it is done. Some may not realize at first that someone can come on and snatch the prize while they are still trying for it. It is gambling. Like all gambling, some people make out and get alot for very little, and some get very little for what they give. That is the nature of gambling. Someone has to lose so someone else can win. This is not an "everyone can get lots of great prizes if they play smart" Oh yeah...... a lot of their events are that way, this one is just worse (my feedback, not a whine, but perhaps a complaint though I really don't care). I like games that are based on skill and strategy and technique and these things can be counted on to insure you do well. This is not one of those types of events. You may do better if you strategize, but really, you can still lose all if someone comes on and shoots once (that happened to me). You can't know if someoen is watching.

Short memory, honey? That was from 2 posts above yours.

Also see posts 24, 25, 29. Guess my memory misplayed too, coulda sworn there was more.

Also see post 30, 48, 55, 110, 146, 153, 155, 177.

I dig that you don't like this Event. Others don't either. That's great, I got me no problem with that. But silliness such as what I quoted from ThePirate is indeed silliness.

Algona... ya just don't get it. I do see that you are a key board commando though. Silly is just attacking someone making a comment. They did ask for feed back. Now craw back under your rock. No one wants to hear your comments either.

I'm sure I didn't get it. I'll parse your post and maybe I can get it this time.

I'm a key board commando? Sounds saucy. Thanks. What rank? Can I be an admiral? Admiral Algona, almost alliterative! What's me being a commando have to do with the Event?

I agree; making personal attacks in the forum is silly and against the forum rules. You should report anyone you see making personal attacks to the forum moderators.*

Yes they did. And I gave feedback on your feedback because I disagree with your comments.

I'm not quite sure what the last two statements have to do with the Event either. Is this feedback on my feedback on your feedback?

-Admiral Algona

* A bit more on this. While I'm not a mod, the forum rules are explicit. Making a personal attack on someone is against the rules. Statements like "you are a key board commando" or "craw back under your rock" could be interpreted as a personal attack. I'll leave that to the mods. Calling someone's post a steaming pile of festering bovine dooky or just poor thinkery (while not nice) is not against the rules. AA

While some people may not outright attack others, they have a way of belittling people in their comments. Instead of making fun of people why not simply say one loves the event, they think the prizes are reasonable or great or whatever, and that it is totally worth the amount of effort it takes to get them. Why be sarcastic unless you want to make people feel badly for what they have said?

Why are my cups that increase when missing a shot disappearing all the time. I built up to 900 ran out of shots and went back later and it was down to 300

Someone else in your neighborhood won it. You all compete for the same prizes.

I reported it to support and after a lengthy conversation they finally, stated. "I never said it was a bug"

So one can only surmise this was done on purpose to try to keep people from holding onto their cups. anyway...going back to silent because INNO does not care what we think.

If only.............I had a diamond for everytime click-thru has screwed me in this game. You'd think a competent dev could fix that, but hey who am I? Just a customer I guess, and I've learned thats the one group inno ignores as much as financially possible

I haven't been playing for that long, but I realize that this is just a game. Previously, I played CityVille until it shut down.

One thing about this soccer event I would like to know is if the featured prizes go through any sequence. I've purchased the Rogue Hideout and now I want a Champion's Retreat.
Can any moderator or administrator shed some light on this ?

Thanks.
