Forge Points Added Every 1 hr vs 30 min?

Recently I noticed that my FP are now being added at a rate of 1 per hour, instead of 2 per hour as before. This didn't happen in congruence with reaching a new age. Is this the new standard or did something change because of my personal progress?

It's always been 1 per hour as far as I know. Official Wiki says one an hour and that page was last updated in 2016.

Hm, I guess that is the standard beyond a certain point. I just started another world and the timing was 13 minutes earlier, now it's 19. I'm assuming it will keep extending until 1 per hour. Maybe that's intended to help people get started faster.

I haven't heard about any shortening of the time for new cities. I think you've been getting some things wrong in your timing and since the game slows down dramatically as you age up there's not much point in making the early ages go faster.

There is one thing you may not realise. If you go above 10 FPs the timer is paused. If you then go below 10 FPs the timer resumes.

So if you have 19 mins remaining and add FPs to go above 10 then you’ll continue off from 19 mins once you empty your bar to 9 or less
