What happens when you are giving Forge points to another players Great Building, then that player is no longer in your world. That happen to me this morning when they rearrange everything last night, now this player is no longer in my world.

You can still donate to them for that level. Once it levels up you can no longer donate to them. You can always consider sending them a friend request.
