Oh, forgot to mention a gem from a purely random look at a changelog. It mentioned fixing a bug where a vehicle traveling on a two lane road on reaching a turn would start traveling down the new direction -- sideways!

I found that there did not used to be a negotiate option in GE [Link/] and from what I inferred from the announcement is that that was the first time ever negotiating with the options had been in the game as now it is everywhere.
