Why isn't there a a tab on the bottom left side of the screen to show your friends and neighbors like there is in the world "Korsch"?

Well then it's buggy software because mine doesn't have it. Which is par for the course. I recently made two purchases where my card was charged but the items never appeared. I am trying to work it out with support staff but I'm getting nowhere fast.
