Game not loading?

It was as if someone not only removed the worlds to choose from, but also the bar itself, as it was compacted vertically as if to say you didn't even have any worlds to play in to begin with! That's exactly what happens to me, but without the refresh. Hasn't happened to me yet today so hopefully its over.

This has been an on-again-off-again problem for as long as I can remember. It rarely happens to everyone at the same time, but it will most likely eventually affect everyone at some point. Some of us have had it happen several times.

If you are able to contact INNO, they will tell you it is a problem with your system and or your settings. They will give you a generic set of steps that most of us have already tried... without success. Alas, all of a sudden without warning or intervention from you, you will again be able to log in, and all is well again.

It is rarely a problem with our system or settings and more often (much more) a problem with their stuff. If you have never experienced this yet, you probably will. I used to think it was the player and not INNO, since I had read about this often, prior to experiencing it myself. However, when you do suffer from it, and yes, it is suffering from total frustration knowing you have not changed anything on your computer, there were no OS or other updates, forced or manually triggered and when you follow their instructions (or don't) and nothing works and then all of a sudden, it works again, that is tantamount to suffering, drama aside.

The last time it happened, resting on my experience and personal assumptions (and they were correct) I just ignored it and did nothing, cast my attention on RL issues and all was restored in time without contacting INNO or any intervention on my part.

It sux, it is frustrating, but in most cases, it will end without assistance from the account owner. Time of login denial will vary.

Yes. I also notice that stuff like this usually happens just before and during the time they are adding new content to the game. Which again shows it is (in most cases) a problem at their end. What surprised me this time was that their website was down at the same time.

According to the EN Server troll, it's a Scottish problem. He needs his brains looked at.
