You can't especially if you're inside a guild with a lot of members. You just have to make do with it, hope it's an isolated case and make sure to communicate with every single one of your members properly.

I think an easy fix would be if Inno drops it in the log. It states who dropped traps SCs etc in there. Why not add as an example Visigoth captures A1M or something along those lines.

Such as where it says constructed replace with captured. Under it put the sector and beside it who did it.
