Gold is gone

Hi!

I have opened a support ticket, because all of my coins are vanished! At least I just realized one day, hat I don't have more gold.
It was really interesting, because if somebody plays this game knows, that you get at least 10times more gold as supply, and you cannot spend that gold, just maybe for FP...
I have 4.2G supplies, so you can imagine, that I had also at least that amount of gold. At least.

So, I asked the support, I they see, where my gold is, or my account was hacked, etc. But nothing. They was able to tell me, that I spent gold on FPs, daily maybe 10-15M, but that's all. And they were not able to tell me, what happened 2 weeks ago, they have logs just for the last two weeks. So, I'm disappointed.

The question is still there: where is my gold?

I collect around 70M daily. I spend around the half or 3/4, but not more. And I remember, really, that I have some 10G gold and I always tried to get the supply to that level.

Is there any known bug, that the gold counter resets after e.g. 100G?
I also realized, that a lot of freezes happens on the webpage. I had to reload the page at least one time during collecting the gold,supply,goods, because it just don't work.

So, maybe somebody can help me, tell me, what happened, or just had this problem.

Now I'm trying to collect gold again... Just like at the beginning, when I want to buy a building, I have to calculate whether I can afford it.

That hasn't been true all of the time.

It started off as true. Then had a shift where it was very difficult to collect coins, then shifted back to having coins readily available IF you put down certain buildings.

Now we're back to having coins and supplies reduced in availability due to the Shops taking away guaranteed rewards and replacing them with choose-your-own-rewards

What exactly do you spend it on?

Is everything Aided daily with a Mass Self-Aid Kit?

But I know, that I had at least 10G of gold (10.000.000.000). Now, after some weeks it is like as you see. But as I told, I collect more then I spend.
I buy daily 5-15 FP, to finish the FP recurring quest, also around 2M to finish other recurring quests. And also to start the goods producing. That's all.

So, my gond is simple gone and the support cannot help.

Support could not tell you where it went?

Still wish inno would let us spend gold on FP's with at least 1k increments.
