Goods Trading from "The Future!"...Era

I'm currently about to enter the Progressive Era. I'm trying to get a headstart on building the Arc, and wondering if there are any trading partners out there that would do some sort of goods trade for the assembly materials for FPs. I'm negotiable on the rate, and it would have to be over time as I likely don't have all the FPs in one setting for that kind of trade. I would be interested in paying for it one good at a time (i.e. 20% of the goods required for 20% of my FPs).
