I propose that all Goods used by your guild for negotiations be return to the guild treasury so these goods can be used for unlocked expedition levels.

Also may I add you need to add more detail of your idea because I'm not sure what your talking about. "Goods used by your guild for negotiations" If you proposing that the goods used for last weeks unlock be returned I would not bother but rather suggest they would remove the cost altogether. Either way though I doubt they would do it and suggest maybe you consider asking the cost be reduced maybe.
