Guild Tresury

I have started a guild and I am in Colonial age. I am trying to fill up the treasury but it won't let me give the lower level stuff like dye and lumber. Why is this and is there a way to fix it

It's not something to be fixed. Those are Bronze Age goods, and are no use in the Treasury, as there is no Bronze Age GvG map, and GE does not require Bronze Age goods. So, there is no mechanism for donating them, as they would just sit there for eternity, unusable.
