Are you suggesting the Rewards are affected by the number of Player's Playing at a given time? If so, that would be a problem and a form of rigging the Game, IMO.
Whether Tuck is suggesting it or not, is irrelevant. That's not the way the RNG works. Every RNG action works independent of any other RNG action. If it says you have a 15% chance, you have a 15% chance each and every time. Inn doesn't rig FoE.

No reason to rig it. They don't really care if people get lucky or not as it really doesn't impact their revenue stream much either way. They set up the % so that the revenue they expect to take it will be whatever amount they are hoping to generate. Given the sheer number of players someone getting lucky or unlucky shouldn't mean much to their revenue stream. They just need to make sure it works the way RNG is supposed to work.
