Is there a way to find the heal time for unattached units?

Not that I know of, unless you have a troop building with the same troop that has the same amount of health points.

If you are hardcore you can look at the wiki and it tells you what the healing time is for a unit. Then you can do the math. But that takes a while AND requires math...EW lol.
Like Zack said, there is no current way except if you have the same troop but attached.
