How To Change the Name of "Friend's Tavern"

In every single world there is a tavern on the outskirts of town called "Friend's Tavern" where you can customize the tray, the tablecloth & the floor in addition to collecting silver from visiting friends. Anyone have any idea how to change the name? There doesn't seem to be a way and yet I've seen the name changed in other towns.

You cannot change the name of the tavern, only the city.

I do kind of like the idea of being able to name your tavern.
