How to level ur ARC fast?

i've heard that levelling ARC is much tense once it passes level 20 as it'll be always sniped by some player who has high level ARC.
Is there anyway to make sure that players u swap with always gets locked in whatever place they're willing to lock for without being sniped.

Unfortunately, there really is no way to lock a mate in without being sniped, unless your swap partner has the available FPs to put down immediately.
However, an idea you could implement is, once you have a complete set of Blue Prints to open the next level, wait for your swap partner to have the FPs available to lock whatever position he wants, and then open it for him when he's ready.

Locking = Unable to snipe
Saying you need someone to lock without being sniped... -_- if they are LOCKED they CAN'T be sniped. That's literally the FoE definition of Locking

There is, you have to lock from the top down. As first locks in, then second can lock in and so on. The descending order is the key (and having high level arcs contributing helps)
