[Question] How to plunder a friend.

The steps required to plunder a friend. This is to complete a quest. I have the de-friend part, so, what do we do after that?

you cant plunder a friend unless they are in your neighborhood. you can only attack ppl who are in our neighborhood so, no possible to attack friend

Unless of course that friend is in your hood and you've unfriended them.
Best option is to attack someome in your hood, win, plunder a relatively low building ie stilt house rather than chalet, then send them a letter explaining.

That is if you['re feeling guilty about the whole thing which is why I'm assuming your looking to plunder a friend. That's what I did anyway and no hard feelings all round!
