I see players in GB that said Deleted

Dose it to that if you are inactive? and if so Do there FP get Deleted as well on that GB they posted it on

If you are inactive for a long period of time (and there's something involving diamonds and age that goes into that calculation) your account is deleted. Also, a player might have put FP on that GB, then deleted their city on that world. In either case, the FP stay on the GB, and that spot gets no contribution rewards (they get skipped, basically).
