Issue With Mobile (Apple) App?

With yesterday's rollout of 1.91, I received a notification upon trying to log in that my version of the game was outdated. This was unusual, as most other patches have been installed once I'd chosen a server. This time, however, I was directed to the App Store. Once there, I saw that the latest version in the store was 1.85. Checking my Update tab, I was informed that all my Apps were of the latest version. Still, I received the same notification pop-up when I tried to log in. I decided to delete my App entirely and download it again from the Cloud...which is where I am right now. I have attempted for over 36 hours to download the App from the Cloud, on several different Wi-Fi connections, and it never even begins to download.

Is this or something similar a known issue?
