What a shocker, no drastic changes from beta to live.
Plus there doesn't appear to even be a calendar reward building like past summer and winter events. So the opening presents mini game is rebranded as visiting villages, and opening calendar slots is now melting steel. Same stuff, different names.
Can anyone verify if it is correct that there is a calendar in this event like past summer and winter events but that there is no building you win for completing the calendar like in the past? There doesn't appear to be one based on the announcement.
Mostly neutral because when I say I don't bother with the allies, I literally have done nothing with them since they came about and every event I never make it far enough to get a full ally and gave up on ever bothering with them or the pointless updating system that would take decades to level the ones I do got.Did you expect positive changes? Because there are some changes, mostly nerfs.
Some things cost more in shops.
The 1 uncommon dork in shop nerfed to common.
Less Camelot frags from superboards.
Less boosters from rival (but a tiny bit of valor tokens for dorks and 1 calendar wild added).
Dorks removed from grimoires (replaced with ascended kits for new minor buildings)
You can now age-down Merlin's Counsel, but it's worse in lower ages.
The first regular event e-mail with the 20 royal favor was intended for everyone. What is the "apology" email from INNO all about? Do we lose the rewards we claimed in the original email?
I jumped on the offer and got the rewards. Hope they don't take them back. The first regular event e-mail with the 20 royal favor was intended for everyone.
The second "please come back" e-mail (which i tried first) with the "500 Diamonds, 5 Dragonsteel Shards, 2 Merlin Seals, 50 Royal Favor" was for a select-audience (and didn't work for me when i tried it). This is what they were apologizing for.
From discord:I jumped on the offer and got the rewards. Hope they don't take them back.
If someone opened the Newsletter and claimed present before it was deactivated, the rewards were given on the account. After the detailed investigation of the issue and careful consideration, we made the decision not to deduct the claimed items from players' balance as it could pose a significant technical risk to the game.
yeah i agree , sounds like a bait and switchThe first regular event e-mail with the 20 royal favor was intended for everyone.

im playing on beta, finishing up , one difference is rivals bonus has been cut instead of 5 mists, now one, etcMostly neutral because when I say I don't bother with the allies, I literally have done nothing with them since they came about and every event I never make it far enough to get a full ally and gave up on ever bothering with them or the pointless updating system that would take decades to level the ones I do got.
1. Shop items were garbage anyway.
2. (????) Have no idea how this affects anything.
3. That's fine because I always used the mists on them anyway, would have ended up with too many camelot buildings.
4. Slightly less good
5. Never was going to purchase the grimoires.
6. Wasn't going to get that building anyway due to difficulty.
