Has he stopped playing in Z world? You do know that once you donate FPs to someone's GB that is it, they are gone. You have no further rights to them. It is like giving someone a gift. Those FPs are now his. You may be hoping for a return, but if he decides to leave that world alone for as long as it pleases him, or even delete that city then so be it. Best bet might be to try to organize people in his hood or guild to help you level his GB so you at least get some return. But if it is not to many then just shrug it off and forget about them.
